01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the gprya platform at gprya.net (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of gprya. Access to or use of the gprya platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. gprya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the gprya platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing real-money gaming and gambling activities;
• Are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others;
• Are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party in connection with your gprya account;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of gprya, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Have not previously had a gprya account suspended, terminated, or closed for a breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money features on gprya, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on gprya. The following account practices are expressly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different names;
• Sharing an account with another person;
• Registering an account under a false identity or with incorrect personal details;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or contact information to register.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gprya login credentials. You agree to notify gprya immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gprya is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

gprya is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. As part of our verification process, gprya may request the following documents from players at any time:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account showing your name and number);
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

gprya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by gprya may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gprya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following general conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on gprya is ₱100;
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed in real time;
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within standard banking hours;
• Over-the-counter (OTC) deposits via 7-Eleven and other partner outlets are subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider;
• Crypto deposits (USDT, Coins.ph) are processed at prevailing market rates at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the gprya account;
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are processed within 20 minutes under normal operating conditions;
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC clearance — unverified accounts may experience delays;
• gprya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

gprya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only;
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is satisfied will be forfeited;
• Not all games on gprya contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain slots may have reduced or zero contribution rates as specified in the promotion terms;
• gprya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on gprya are operated in accordance with the rules established by the respective game providers (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, and others). By participating in any game on gprya, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules as published.

The following gameplay conditions apply across all gprya games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gprya will not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verifiable technical error on gprya's part;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, gprya's server-side records shall be treated as definitive in determining the outcome;
• gprya does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any given time. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or provider updates;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface;
• Sports betting markets and odds on gprya are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed and confirmed before an odds change will be honoured at the original odds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gprya and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using the gprya platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any reason;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players, gprya employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gprya platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gprya staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with gprya's technical infrastructure, databases, or source code.

gprya reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of this section, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

09 Responsible Gaming

gprya is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

gprya provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your gprya account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-on-site notifications to help you manage how long you spend gaming;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from gprya for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing your account;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from gprya if you feel your gambling is no longer under control. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gprya platform, including but not limited to the gprya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of gprya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gprya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gprya content without express written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any gprya content;
• Use any gprya trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gprya, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gprya platform;
• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the gprya service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside gprya's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the gprya platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

gprya's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your gprya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

gprya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account registered by a person under 21 years of age;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Requests from Philippine regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gprya reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements may be returned to the player at gprya's discretion, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

gprya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on gprya, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gprya will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or as necessary to provide the services you have requested (e.g., processing GCash or BDO payments).

14 Amendments to These Terms

gprya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gprya will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the gprya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the gprya platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
